Master of Education in Leadership of Learning Principalship-Conflict Resolution for Educators

Abilene Christian University's Master of Education in Leadership of Learning is a faith-based, 39-hour online degree program designed to empower you as an educational leader who promotes instruction in safe and productive learning environments. The program's unique emphasis on conflict resolution equips you with the relevant skills critical for handling conflict and incorporating peacemaking into your daily routine. You will be prepared for leadership roles such as principals, department chairs, supervisors, and other leadership roles in public and private K-12 schools. All program courses are designed around the Interstate School Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) Standards, which make children and their learning the foundation for school administration. By incorporating these standards, the program prepares you to obtain licensure in the 36 states that have adopted the standards, including Texas.
