Master of Arts in Leadership

With the Master of Arts in Leadership degree, you'll develop and recognize your own unique style, roles, and general philosophies of leadership, and thus be prepared to accept expanding leadership roles.

The curriculum delves deeply into leadership philosophies derived from great leaders, theoretical models of organizational leadership, theories and principles of management, and social psychology.

The Master of Arts in Leadership is a 36-credit hour program that includes a directed leadership project. It is offered in a cohort format, which means you move through the program with the same class, completing it in 16 months. Work experience is an integral part of the program, providing actual workplace problems, future objectives, and research questions for the immediate application of current concepts.
