The goal of this course is to introduce the elements for a valid contract and emphasize all six elements must be present for there to be a valid contract. Understanding the terminology is vital. Students will continue building on this knowledge as the class addresses each of these elements separately and in detail. Ethical considerations for paralegals -- with an emphasis on contract law -- will also be discussed in this course.
