If you already have your AOS degree in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts you are already well on your way to attaining a bachelor's degree. As part of earning your degree, you will have a 13-week externship at a resort or restaurant. The externship is an opportunity for you to gain experience in managing a business, network with industry professionals and even get paid while developing vital skills for success.
