The Master Certificate in the Essentials of Hospitality Management addresses the skills and competencies required of employees ascending to management positions and those recently promoted to management positions in the hospitality industry. Students learn valuable techniques for managing their time to increase efficiency and productivity and managing teams to increase the level of participation and the effectiveness of team members.
