The case management process is a complex one and this course helps students navigate through it. Students will study the inter-relationship between case managers and other health care professionals and participants will learn how to apply different principles to different settings. Other topics discussed include how to deal with personnel at hospitals, insurance companies, social services and workers’ compensation.
