Graduate Certificate in International Marketing

UMUC's Graduate International Marketing Certificate explores the marketing issues that are encountered when entering foreign markets such as cultural differences, market access barriers, market research, and market entry strategies. The certificate is intended for U.S. company managers who seek to market goods and services outside the United States.

Core coursework includes: International Marketing Management, International Trade and Economic Policy, Consumer Behavior, and Legal and Ethical Issues in Global Communications. This certificate requires 12 semester hours to complete.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Individual programs may have additional requirements.
