Graduate Certificate in Integrated Direct Marketing

UMUC's Graduate Integrated Direct Marketing Certificate prepares students to design, develop, test, implement, and measure the deployment of multiple media and sales channels (for example, publicity and public relations, advertising, direct mail, interactive marketing, telemarketing, and field sales).

Core coursework includes: Research Methods for Managers, Marketing Management, Marketing Intelligence and Research Systems, and Integrated Direct Marketing. This certificate requires 12 semester hours to complete.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Individual programs may have additional requirements.
