Graduate Certificate in Global Human Resources

Designed for human resources practitioners and those working outside the field, Brandman's 15-unit graduate Global Human Resources certificate program will help you understand the critical human resource issues involved in a global business environment. Subject matter includes the effects of technological changes on human resources, examination of the structures of multinational corporations, comparisons of country-specific HR management practices, international staffing, compensation and benefits, and alternative dispute resolution.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and a 3.0 GPA calculated over the most recent 30 graded semester (45 quarter) credits completed in either a baccalaureate or post baccalaureate program, including credits earned toward a credential.
