Consumer Psychology Certificate

This series of consumer psychology courses teaches skills to understand the consumer decision-making process. Participants will learn the psychology of drawing attention to their product or brand in the marketplace. What attracts customers? What motivates them? What keeps them coming back? Students will understand the answers to these and other important questions.

This sequence of Consumer Psychology courses can also be completed as a specialization within the 20-month Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational Psychology program.
