In this class, students will focus their attention on examining verbal and nonverbal language and how it impacts leadership effectiveness and relationships. Students will develop skills to help them observe, recognize and intervene in conversations and relationships. Topics covered in this course include leadership conversations, the six language components, using the Cycle of the Promise to map relationship and action breakdowns and produce effectiveness, how to conduct conversations to repair relationships and how to create congruity and effectiveness in clients and in one’s self.
