The Associate of Science program in Business Management Specializing in Accounting prepares students academically and professionally for entry-level business management, supervision or administrative positions in business, industry, and government, especially in positions which require accounting skills. Graduate are prepared for positions as assistant managers, assistant supervisors, bookkeepers, auditing clerks, and other related entry-level administrative positions in a business environment. The curriculum provides a broad knowledge of the functional area of business and is designed to offer a balance of theory and application that will prove useful in the field. The program will prepare the student to work in any business in which fundamental business and accounting skills are useful.
