Business Admin with Conc in Production Management Associates

An Associate of Science in Business Administration with a production management concentration provides business administration students with a technical focus on the design of production systems. This includes studies in topics such as product and service design, location planning, capacity planning, design of facilities and work systems. and lean manufacturing concepts. Supporting courses, such as project management, occupational safety and health, and quality management, provide students with an understanding of tools used to create a competitive production environment.
