Bachelor of Science-Business Studies/Human Resource Management

A Bachelor of Science in Business Studies/Human Resource Management is a four-year degree program that emphasizes profit and nonprofit organizations, businesses, and industries and teaches students about the application of knowledge regarding maintaining and creating positive work environments. Motivation is an important factor in this particular curriculum since students must be able to integrate an individual’s goals with the organization’s ideals in order to affect functional change and effectiveness. Students who are pursuing their Bachelor of Science in Business Studies/Human Resource Management will be able to identify procedure and policies for integrating the rights of the employer with that of the employee to support an organization’s goals and values.
