Bachelor of Organizational Leadership

A Bachelor of Organizational Leadership is a four-year degree program that provides students with intellectual frameworks to enhance leadership skills and it examines leadership from an academic perspective. This degree curriculum emphasizes the integration of theories with topics such as accounting, communications, economics, human resources, organizational behavior, critical inquiry, team building, ethics, leadership, and finance. Students who are interested in strong administration, management, and leadership abilities will find this program is the right one for them. A Bachelor of Organizational Leadership prepares students for entry to mid-level management jobs within a wide range of careers in non-profit, public, government, and private arenas. Transformational leadership is stressed along with discipline and effectiveness in communicating whether orally or written.
