Brandman’s Organizational Leadership programs address the oversights of more traditional educational programs, with a keen appreciation of the challenges leaders face in these turbulent times. Our focus in organizational leadership is on the development of the people and conceptual skills, which are essential to success at all levels of administration. Applicants must have at least 12 transferrable baccalaureate-level credits (or the equivalent) from an accredited college or university and a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA in all prior college-level coursework.
