People who are interested in seeking a career in this growing field in management positions may be interested in a bachelor of arts in organizational management with a concentration in early childhood education studies. Students who already have credits in approved child study courses may use them towards their degree program in organizational management, creating a unique degree with a focused concentration in child studies. Students must have at least 12 hours or four courses of approved transfer classes in order to create a specialized concentration. Organizational managers utilize specialized techniques in communication, analysis, and planning to help organization run more smoothly and efficiently.
