The field of organizational management is rapidly growing and diversifying. An organizational management - accounting degree is designed to create strategic thinkers and leaders who have backgrounds in accounting. People with an organizational management accounting degree will take a minimum of four courses in accounting to meet the concentration requirement, as well as numerous courses in organizational management.
