This course is an introduction to the life care planning process. Students will walk step-by-step from the initial patient referral to the plan development’s completion. They will learn data development, literature review, medical and health-related record review and how to evaluate a patients interests, family needs, geographic location and desires. These are all very important aspects of the life care planning process.
