It's Your Education, Make an Informed Choice.

As part of their introduction to case management, students will be briefly introduced to the history of case management. Further, students will be given a chance to discuss the human services and health care industries. Participants will have an opportunity to explore the benefits of this industry and focus will be placed on case management models. The class will also cover the roles and functions of a case manager as well as their impact on their client. Students will also study financial concepts, reimbursement systems and other economic issues affecting the health care industry today.
