This course will cover project selection, planning and scope. Topics discussed include processes and evaluation techniques, review, acceptance and funding. Students will get an overview of the project planning process that includes budgeting, scheduling and risk. They will learn how to use a work breakdown structure (WBS) in order to explore scope development.
